It’s no secret that our users want to attach the checkout process to their Wufoo form submissions. Hands down, with over 10,000 views, the most popular feature request to our team has been PayPal integration. The implementation challenge for us was a little tricky seeing that we wanted to implement it in a way that was both simple to understand and flexible for future upgrades. After months of development, we’ve come up with a solution that we’re quite proud of and are delighted to announce that you all can start making money today.
For those of you looking to jump right in, here’s what you need to know:
- PayPal integration is available for ($24) Bona Fide plans and higher.
- Just click on “Payment” in the Form Manager to get started.
- We’ve created a couple of Video Screencasts so you guys can see her in action—Thanks Mom! Intro to Payment Settings, Entry and Report Integration
- And we’ve provided some written documentation in case you need to study.
Once your form is payment enabled, all submissions will have the appropriate payment data associated with them. In the entry manager and in reports, you can view, filter, and graph the payment totals and easily see which payments are pending, paid and unpaid. You can even cross reference your PayPal account using the appropriate confirmation numbers. We’ve done our best to make the process as simple and seamless as we could imagine. We’re really excited about this feature and we can’t wait to develop it in the future. Please do try it out and tell us what you think.

Looks amazing….by far the easiest “checkout” i have ever seen..
Any plans to add support for other payment methods such as google checkout?
Posted 1 year ago by Keith Mancuso.Yeah, now that the groundwork is done, adding new methods of payment wouldn’t be too hard. We still have a little more to add for PayPal, such as setting up recurring payments, but we do want to add some more payment methods if there is sufficient demand.
Posted 1 year ago by Chris Campbell.Great feature.
Other payment methods please. GCheckout.
Posted 1 year ago by Alfredo.formsite.com has had this feature for years doesn’t someone else have it to?
Posted 1 year ago by Ben.I’m sure that other people do, Ben. We’re definitely not claiming that we’re the first.
Posted 1 year ago by Chris Campbell.Chris, Looks great. I am excited about this feature. Been waiting a while but it was worth it! thanks.
Posted 1 year ago by Don Chiusa. If you were to add Google Checkout I would upgrade and get one of the top plans immediately for my organization.
I’ve been using Wufoo since beta and love it. Google Checkout processing would be pretty easy to implement I imagine since the API is easy to navigate.
Please please implement Google Checkout and fast! We’re gonna start having to process thousands of shirt orders and I really just want to use Wufoo + Google Checkout!
Posted 1 year ago by Greg. Thanks for the feedback. To learn more about what we plan on adding to the payment options in the future, there’s a thread in the forums at http://wufoo.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=571.
Posted 1 year ago by Chris Campbell. In regards to future feature requests, is there anywhere specific we should leave them?
For instance, we are very eager to have a sliding field as one of the available fields…

Posted 1 year ago by Chris Campbell.can you have it so with every transaction it sends you a automatic update via a excel report to your email box?
Posted 1 year ago by Joel Wasserman.Sorry, Joel, but we don’t have that set up. You can have an email sent to you whenever somebody submits a form, and we do plan on adding the total purchased to that email. You can also configure PayPal to send you a receipt each time somebody makes a purchase.
