The transaction goes through and gets marked as completed inside wufoo. But in authorize.net, it says payment declined. Any ideas would be appreciated.

<img src="http://yoursite.com/image.jpg">

that would show an image where that line of code is in your form. You would have to host the image on your site or an image hosting service, but Wufoo allows for basic html to be added to the forms.

You should be able to make a multiple choice or radio field required and also change what is selected by default by editing the field settings.

I do however want to make it a bit more functional for our customers. I have a wine submission form that I want wineries to fill out, but they may be entering multiple wines from the same winery and I would really hate for them to enter all the contact information each time. Plus they have to enter the compliance states for each wine as well.

I know this subject has been asked before, but maybe there is a work around? Or maybe someone has some suggestions?

This same export works fine when viewing entries from form manager.
