Whenever you mouseover one of the available scholarships (the checkboxes entitled Scholarship List) you get the nicely formatted popup instructions detailing the information. The problem is whenever you check one of the boxes the instructions popup and stay, then when you mouseover another checkbox it gets alll messy!

Any ideas on how to fix this?  Thanks!

I'm trying to change where the instructions popup as well as make the popup box a little fatter. I'm calling custom css, but when I set left to say 50px nothing happens, and when i set width to something larger it starts to cut off on the side. Any ideas?

After some trial and error, placing all the U.S. states and Canadian provinces in one dropdown, I ended up creating 2 product giveaway request forms for the same page. With the help of jquery tools and using hidden form fields to define the U.S. and Canada form, I created 2 faux radio buttons to select the country. This switches the form seamlessly making it appear as if it is one form, only the state and province dropdown change. Of course we are creating 2 databases to pull customer info from but not sure how else to approach it keeping usability in mind.

So my feature request, is a U.S./Canada address field preset. :)

CHECKBOX B
3 checkbox choices with pictures beside every checkbox. I have linked these pictures with HTML code.

I also have a name, lastname and a email form field.

When the user sends in the form, I only want to show the result from checkbox A, Name, Lastname and Email form field as plain text.

Because the result from the checkbox B show my HTML code for it and this gets confusing in the mail.

It's NOT important to me to have the result from CHECKBOX B submitted.
But I want the result from CHECKBOX A to be submitted.

How can I customize my email so that the checkbox B result nevers shows up?
