How do I delete forms and entries in Wufoo Unplugged?

Applies to: [Form Manager]

Problem: Deleted forms and entries still appear in Wufoo Unplugged.

Solution: Because Wufoo Unplugged is meant to act as an offline representation of all data submitted to your forms, if you delete an entry in Wufoo it will NOT disappear in Unplugged. Using the following instructions, however, you can reset your data cache in Unplugged. Be aware, however, that you'll lose any labels you've applied to your entries.  Also, your data will have to be re-indexed, so this process can take some time, depending on the number of forms/entries housed in your account.

* Exit unplugged.  To do so, right-click the 'W' in your system tray (the area containing the small icons at the bottom right of your screen) and choose 'Exit'.  Alternatively, you can choose File -> Exit from the Unplugged toolbar.

* Verify that Unplugged has finished closing.  You'll know that Unplugged is closed when the 'W' in the system tray is no longer visible.

* Open the application data folder.  To do so, click on Start then Run.  A dialog will appear.  Paste the following path into the dialog and press OK.  The path varies by operating system, so make your choice below:

For Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Wufoo\Unplugged\Users\

For Windows Vista: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Wufoo\Unplugged\Users\

* Delete your user data: Right-click the folder named with the email address associated with your user account and then choose Delete.

* Restart Unplugged

Offline
